1. General Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, dimensions, and prices of our home organizers, kitchen tools, and cleaning products displayed on Tibrenux are accurate. However:

• Dimensions & Sizing: Due to manual measurement and manufacturing processes, slight variances (1–3 cm or 0.5–1 inch) in storage boxes, racks, and organizer bins may occur. Please verify your cabinet or shelf dimensions before purchasing.

• Color Accuracy: While we make every effort to display product colors realistically, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, lighting conditions, and display resolution.

• Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or specification due to typographical error, we reserve the right to correct such information before shipping and will notify you promptly.

2. Product Usage & Safety Notice

Our products are designed for standard residential indoor storage, kitchen organization, and household cleaning.

• Load Capacities: Heavy-duty storage racks and bins must be used within their stated weight limits. We are not liable for property damage or personal injury resulting from exceeding specified weight capacities, overloading, or improper stacking.

• Kitchen & Food-Grade Items: Customers are advised to wash and sanitize kitchen organizers, spice jars, and food containers prior to first use. Please verify material compatibility (e.g., dishwasher safe, microwave safe) before use.

• Cleaning Tools: Cleaning products, brushes, and accessories should be used strictly according to their intended purpose. We are not responsible for surface scratching, abrasion, or damage caused by improper tool application on delicate materials (such as unsealed wood, delicate marble, or non-stick coatings).

• Child Safety: Packaging materials (plastic films, protective bags) and small detachable parts are not toys. Keep them away from babies and children to avoid choking or suffocation risks.
